Fworld Live – Refund Policy

By using the Fworld Live application or website, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy, as well as our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

No Refund Policy

All payments made on Fworld Live are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for virtual coins, subscriptions, or digital items once the transaction has been successfully processed and delivered.

Google Play Purchases: If your purchase was made through Google Play Billing, refunds (if any) are governed by Google Play’s refund policy and may need to be requested via Google Play. Fworld Live cannot override Google Play’s billing decisions.

Failed Transactions (Delivery Not Received): Refunds may be considered only if a recharge/purchase fails due to issues originating from a third-party payment gateway (e.g., Google Play, Razorpay, or others), and the amount is deducted but the purchased item/service is not delivered.

In such cases, you must contact support with proof of the failed transaction and complete payment details.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Voluntary Payments

All payments, recharges, purchases of virtual coins, subscriptions, and sending of virtual gifts on Fworld Live are voluntary and made at the sole discretion of the user.

Fworld Live does not force, coerce, pressure, manipulate, or obligate any user to make any payment or financial decision. Any spending is based entirely on the user’s own judgment and consent.

No Refund for Virtual Usage

User-to-User Transactions

Fworld Live does not support, facilitate, or authorize private monetary transactions, loans, asset transfers, or financial arrangements between users.

Any loss, dispute, fraud, manipulation, or harm arising from money, gifts, assets, or benefits exchanged between users (on or off the platform) is the sole responsibility of the users involved. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through banks or payment providers without contacting Fworld Live support may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

We reserve the right to deny refunds to users who abuse payment systems or engage in repeated refund or chargeback attempts.

Policy Updates

Fworld Live may amend or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
