This policy explains how Fworld Live reviews payment issues for app recharges, virtual coins, digital items, subscriptions, and creator-related purchases.
Policy Summary
All purchases on Fworld Live are voluntary. Virtual coins, digital items, subscriptions, and premium features are generally final once successfully delivered or used.
Refunds are considered only for genuine payment or delivery failures, duplicate charges, or cases required by applicable law or payment platform rules.
When a Refund Review May Apply
- The payment was deducted but the purchased coins, item, or service was not delivered.
- A verified duplicate charge occurred for the same purchase.
- A transaction failed because of a payment gateway or billing provider issue.
- Applicable law or the payment platform requires a refund.
Users must provide user ID, transaction ID, payment provider reference, amount, purchase time, and a short description of the issue.
Refunds Will Not Be Issued For
- Virtual coins, subscriptions, or digital items that were delivered, used, sent, consumed, redeemed, or expired.
- Change of mind, accidental selection, dissatisfaction after usage, or spending regret.
- Accounts restricted or banned for violating Terms, User Conduct Guidelines, safety rules, fraud rules, or payment policies.
- Loss caused by sharing passwords, OTPs, recovery codes, device access, payment information, or account access.
- Private payments, loans, asset transfers, or arrangements outside Fworld Live.
- Chargebacks or disputes raised without reasonable cooperation with support.
Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through Google Play Billing may be governed by Google Play refund rules. Some requests may need to be submitted directly through Google Play.
Virtual Items and Creator Rewards
Virtual coins and digital items are in-app features. They do not represent stored money, banking value, investment value, or guaranteed financial return.
Eligible host or creator earnings, where available, are separate from user coin purchases and remain subject to KYC, compliance checks, payout rules, and platform review.
