Welcome to Fworld Live. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Fworld Live Team. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.
Fworld Live is a community entertainment platform for live audio rooms, live streaming, creator programs, events, digital items, posts, rewards, and audience participation.
Fworld Live is a live community entertainment platform, not an adult service, gambling, investment, banking, or fixed-income platform.
Eligibility and Accounts
- Users must be 18 years or older, or the higher age required by local law.
- Users must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
- Accounts are personal and may not be sold, rented, transferred, or used to evade enforcement.
- Account deletion may be available through app settings. Deleted accounts may lose virtual items, balances, and creator records as permitted by law.
User Content and Platform Rights
Users keep ownership of content they create, but grant Fworld Live a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, moderate, remove, and use that content for operating and improving the platform.
- Users must have rights to content they upload or share.
- Fworld Live may remove content that violates law, Terms, policies, or safety standards.
- Fworld Live trademarks, designs, software, systems, and digital assets remain the property of Fworld Live or its licensors.
Virtual Coins, Digital Items, and Payments
- Virtual coins, frames, digital items, premium features, and subscriptions are in-app features only.
- Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be converted into money by users.
- Purchases are voluntary and subject to the Refund Policy.
- Payments may be processed by Google Play Billing, Razorpay, or other authorized payment providers.
- Users are responsible for taxes, payment details, and compliance with applicable laws.
Host and Creator Programs
Fworld Live may offer creator programs, event hosting, rewards, ranking systems, or payout features for eligible users.
- Earnings are not guaranteed and may vary based on eligible activity, platform rules, compliance checks, and program terms.
- Creator rewards do not create employment, salary, agency, partnership, or fixed-income rights.
- Withdrawals, where available, may require KYC, minimum thresholds, fraud checks, and tax compliance.
Safety and Enforcement
Users must follow the User Conduct Guidelines. Fworld Live may restrict, suspend, remove, or ban accounts, rooms, streams, posts, rewards, or withdrawals for violations.
- Spam, fraud, abuse, explicit content, impersonation, harassment, illegal activity, and payment abuse are prohibited.
- Automation, modified apps, reverse engineering, exploits, or unauthorized access are prohibited.
- Fworld Live may cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
Disclaimers and Liability
The services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Fworld Live does not guarantee uninterrupted service, fixed earnings, specific audience results, or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fworld Live is not liable for user-generated content, user actions, technical interruptions, data loss, unauthorized user conduct, or losses from off-platform activity.
