Welcome to Fworld Live. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fworld Live mobile application, website, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by the Fworld Live Team (“Fworld Live”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fworld Live. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services. In case of conflict between translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
Fworld Live is an entertainment and social interaction platform operated from Mumbai, India.
The Services are intended only for users aged 18 years or older. By using Fworld Live, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Accounts found to be operated by minors may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice.
Users may register using Google authentication. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and subject to enforcement for policy violations.
Account deletion is available via Settings > Delete Account. Deleted accounts forfeit all virtual items and balances. Temporarily disabled accounts may be reactivated within 7 days where applicable.
Users must comply with all Community Guidelines and User Conduct rules.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used. By using the Services, you consent to these practices.
Users retain ownership of content they post but grant Fworld Live a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for platform operation.
All platform trademarks, designs, systems, and digital assets remain the exclusive property of Fworld Live.
Fworld Live does not guarantee income, profit, salary, or fixed earnings. Any earnings are voluntary, variable, and performance-based.
Virtual Coins have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable, and non-refundable except where required by law.
Payments are processed via Google Play and governed by their billing policies.
Fworld Live may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.
Fworld Live is not responsible for user-generated content, technical interruptions, data loss, or financial losses.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Exploitation of bugs, automation, modified apps, or system abuse will result in immediate and permanent enforcement without refund.
Withdrawal facilities apply only to eligible Host / Creator Earnings, subject to KYC verification and compliance checks.
Users are solely responsible for applicable taxes. The Platform may deduct TDS where legally required.
Fworld Live may offer games, interactive activities, and entertainment-based features strictly for fun, engagement, and social interaction.
All recharges, purchases of virtual coins, subscriptions, premium features, and sending of virtual gifts are made voluntarily and at the sole discretion of the user.
Fworld Live is not an investment platform. The platform does not promise or guarantee fixed income, profit, salary, or financial returns of any kind.
Any earnings, if available, are variable, performance-based, and dependent on user engagement and platform rules.
Users who host rooms or participate as creators may receive Host / Creator Earnings through virtual gifts or rewards.
Withdrawal facilities are available only for eligible Host / Creator Earnings and are not applicable to virtual coins or in-app currency.
Users are solely responsible for their actions, spending behavior, interactions, and decisions while using the platform.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
